Leader blasts US slaughter in Iraq

The massacre of thousands of children, women and civilians, execution of wounded people, arrest of innocent civilians, destroying houses and mosques, and violation of families' sanctity in Falluja take away sleep from eyes and comfort from hearts, the message said. "Does the presence of terrorists among people, if such a claim, which is seriously doubtful, proves correct, give permission for killing innocent people, leaving wounded people without medicine, and abandoning children without food and water?" The Supreme Leader asked."How can those who consider nullification of execution verdicts for criminals as their own glories watch, in cold blood, mass execution of innocent people?" The message further questioned. How can Muslim and Arab governments remain indifferent observers, the Supreme Leader said, stressing that the call for help of the helpless people can be heard from the Iraqi territories.

Ayatollah Khamenei further urged governments and nations to at least shout in protest against such a big oppression being imposed by the arrogant powers on a group of oppressed Muslims.
